About
Photography is the best way I can express myself. My favorite thing is to make the moments I’ve captured come to life for the people I show my shots to, as if they were the ones looking through the viewfinder and pressing the shutter button.
My first encounter with photography dates back to 2020, during the lockdown that kept the whole world at home. I was lucky enough to find myself in the mountains, at my home, and spend three months there. It was spring, the plants were slowly re-emerging from the snow. The first flowers were blooming, and I watched them in amazement day after day.
One of these, I decided I wanted to remember those moments, even though they were ugly for most of us. So I began photographing all the flowers that were slowly emerging and cataloged them. At the time, I considered what I was doing a simple pastime.
From that moment on, I increasingly sought out new subjects, stumbling upon landscapes, which until then I had only photographed on vacation. I then moved on to my first camera, an old Canon from 2006, then the Canon EOS 2000 D and the Canon EOS RP, which is the camera I shoot with most.
